The thing is, we were almost certainly looking at a cap raise in the future, at least there's a chance this could be the last one as we're buying a company that's generating revenue (and a profit), so we might be financially sustainable after this.

Interesting though that they're going to try raising at 20 cents, higher than it's been trading for some time. Would be very positive if they can get the $20m raised at that price.
