I know you directed your question to weightlifter, but if you don't mind I'd like to toss in my two cents worth.

First, my short answer: No, it's not too late. In fact, it's early days for POH.

Now, for my longer answer. I bought a bunch at a much cheaper price, but I plan to buy another bunch this week. And, I'm not too concerned about the price I pay at this point in time as long as it is in the current trading range (14 to 17 cents). My intent is NOT to trade the stock, but to hold it long term, at least a couple years and probably longer than that. As long as that is YOUR plan too, then my advice to you would be to optimize your buy-in price as makes you comfortable, but don't try to be too clever. Just get in when you are comfortable, and enjoy the subsequent ride, as the destination is visible on the horizon.
