Mozz, it is against company stated guidelines to have the same person holding both CEO & the Chairman role... We were told at the AGM, that the board were looking / working on it, but 6 weeks on and nada from the board on where they are in sorting this out.... As of right now, this company has a CEO, who also has the role of Chairman, plus the CEO & Chairman role at another listed ASX company.... Stupidity at its finest...
If we (I) want to go a little deeper, the PAR board, has a person stepping back into a position (CEO) and taking on that higher salary, while openly admitting that they are outsourcing a large part of that role to a 3rd party (plexus & pond)... Seriously, WTF.... The governance here is staggering...
