Fair go W27....The market average foe ESS over the last year was around .48. With the GS Bullst that went on, then in line with the other Lithium companies, the ESS Sp went down to 29 to 31 for simple around 2 weeks and was starting to and inline with other companies creep up when the offer was struck. The Offer is SIMPLY OPPORTUNISTIC TIMING.
