Well since you brought it up, I made my complete and very detailed submission to the ASX questioning whether CXO has breached Listing Rule 3.1.This was done Jan 12, 2023 and remains under consideration by the ASX.

My guess is you have no clue as to what goes into such a submission (its more than fill in a few lines in a web form - although thats what the ASX want you to do so they can toss it aside).

Also copied was Rachel Waterhouse (CEO of Australian Shareholders Association) requesting her support since CXO is an ASX200 company and the ASA purport to be "the voice of the retail shareholder".

That battle has not gone away (for me). It is still the #1 concern for me a shareholder, (and by a long way) that I have with my CXO investment.

Why you continue to waste time on a subject you have no understanding of is your perogative.

What is "extraordinary" is why you only seem to ever post about posters and rarely post content about the stock or the sector. The drivel on shorting and SS and theft just clogs up a thread.
