the announcement you posted says addressing matters in respect to mining and exploration rights and its 'ongoing interests'. I believe 'ongoing interests' refers to project ownership percentage which according to mining code requires us to hold 51% or >. Although none of us actually have a clue what's going on, all current known legal matters appear to revolve around project ownership and so I'll assume that is what's holding us up until we get told otherwise.
