would be great to rework all this with the benefit of hindsight as to how it could be better but I would be only focused on that as an issue now personally if I was a holder pre the JV and I thought I had been delivered a poor outcome.

since I bought after all those aspects were already facts which informed my investment, and I was still happy to proceed, as see on balance it’s value accreditive weighted to longer term outcomes than the initial US / Canada launch I just see it as a set of facts which it doesn’t add much to relitigate.

im of the understanding also many of the posters here are in the same position, ie bought after the terms of the JV was already agreed and in place, so had an opportunity to assess if they were happy before buying in.
