Export credit insurance can still be purchased on the free market and it doesnt matter if it is slightly expensive because this project is so robust.If thats all Nedbank want then no problem
The main things to avoid are delays and more dilution.
Something is cooking here and it will be a play with one of the big players.Its either T/O or more dilution.
If its T/O hope they are not trying to strin toghether a poison pill
In the meantime I just sit round waiting for something to happen to me which would be fine if this was 5%of my portfolio but its not
