net oil within the 10-40% range, page-13

one small concern ..
roc's statement today said within the range of 10 - 40%
the previous statement from ROC in this string says gross ranging from 25% to 40%.
I don't really like the fact ROC's JD has widened the % on the low side - would have much prefered him adding 15% to the high side ..

still .. I believe the positive trend has been started - agm coming up -- good pr policy to release upbeat news prior to meeting to put shareholders in a cheerful mood and reduce angry sentiment at the meeting
