re: hookes trial - don't be too hasty in judgement if a patron after walking out of a bar is hurt, usually the last bar he visited is questioned or in some cases responsible. If the patron walks out and jumps into a car, then the hotel is no longer responsible for the persons actions!!! thats the law.
