How utterly absurd that the matter needs to heard in the Supreme Court and trading suspended for 2 weeks. Surely Weebit's explanation for the late submission of a pissy cleansing notice could be heard in the first instance by an ASX panel and if deemed to be an inadvertent oversight as the company claims, with no consequence on the company's share price, then no further action be taken other than issuing a warning to WBT. The court's time should only be taken up if WBT's motive was nefarious ... which it so obviously isn't. Madness.
