Hi Res...... the biggies get some of these 'lodgement notices' wrong on occasions. They are not immune to error- no one is.
Have a look at all the Rules & regulations of the ASX a bl...y nightmare. Then all the rest----------.

The BoD rely upon the expertise of those they hire to carry out the 'finer details' of the- Corps Act.- ASX Rules- Legals---and many other rules and regulations.
It is a huge challenge. Contrary to many's belief -the BoD do not have a finite knowledge of all details of all the Regulations. An overview maybe.
Many years ago I worked very close to a MD of a top 100 OZ Coy, preparing Board minutes etc....The BoD - MD relied upon the expertise of The Secretary and many other 'experts' within the Coy, (????) to meet all regulations... It was a nightmare then.

Some one mentioned the release of news some time ago... I do not believe a problem - It was 'someone' outside of WBT - Advisers ??? who released the info- I believe it would have had a WBT 'time restriction- confidential notice' but oops it got released. Not by WBT but someone who did not follow the instructions. We are all human - err I think so ? -

I do not see the Court taking time to decide on this- WBT's record is pretty lilly white, from my view and a genuine error made. Also -not knowing - but seems they immediately reported on finding it. All in my opinion. I say this without full knowledge of what occurred and any consequences. The latter is the challenge.

Also before any critism ----------has anyone on this site not made an error- of some note ? Have a look in your own backyard before making comments on someone else and not knowing the 'FACTS'.

My opinion this is a minor bump in the road to big success. But you make up your own mind.
