That's why AVZ will move ahead imo with CATH at 9%, so they retain 51% and get things back on track. The rest of the shitshow can settle in the background over coming months and no doubt be in AVZ's favour if their documentation is in order. Not to mention suing and getting compensation from both Zijin and Cong for stuffing us around for the best part of a year. I reckon shareholders should get a special dividend from any compensation received
