Running discussion on SP, page-75988

I'm aware the case is between Cominiere and MMCS. But it can't be ignored that the dispute is over the Manono tenement which we now own and therefore Cominiere losing the case would cast aspersions on our legal right to it in the first place. It also should not be ignored that the government recently purported to have transferred 5% of it back to MMCs for no reason known to us despite 2 legal court outcomes suggesting they have no case. I just think the government would prefer all other legal cases over the project be resolved before committing to any further decisions around the project including our mining license. Purely speculation on my part but certainly not unrealistic.
