Life is always full of irony.

The old saying "what goes around, comes around" rings true for every person.

There will always be another carl williams or john ibrahim.

History shows us that they live the highest of high lives (blow off top) then manage to sink to the lowest of lows. Is it merely physics, what goes up must come down? Or is it the universe balancing itself out?

Even post their seedy careers, few of these underworld characters manage to fit into society again. Too many enemy's, too many fake friends, too much ego.
