It doesn’t matter what you or I think about ‘a pissy cleansing notice’.
The fact is WBT broke the law under the Corporations Act and now they need a Supreme Court to ratify it. That’s the process.
Try not to reinvent the process to fix the problem but focus on how we got here in the first place and how to avoid it in the future.
I’m sure there is nothing sinister here just incompetence….
