solagran contribs Tomorrow the Contribs (SLACA) delist and become SLACB, with only 17c to pay and trading on a "deferred delivery" basis.
The next call of 2c on the SLACB's will not occur until November 2005.
With the ordinary shares at 24.5c, the 'intrinsic' value on SLACB's is/will be 7.5c. They should rightly also accrue 'time' value.
If, like me, you believe Solagran has legs for a significant run in coming weeks, SLACB's are/will be an attractive alternative to the Ordinary Fully Paids.
