Ann: Norwest Directors Unanimously Recommend MinRes' Revised Offe, page-312

Can someone tell me if this is takeover process please?

As Feb 20 approaches is there a form NWE holders need to fill out in order to give there shares to Min?

If we hold our NWE shares and MIN don't get the 90% trading simply continues as normal?

If the above is correct does that mean that as trading continues past Feb 20 do all new buyers then get sent a form from MIN for the acquisition of there NWE shares?

Im holding but am interested in what the process looks like, any help is appreciated.
