They completed the 38 Hectares on ponds before they received the 2000 tonne approval.
In fact, most of the ponds were completed years before they had this approval.
Why wouldn't they start on the expansion? They have cash sitting in the bank and will be producing great income shortly.
Actually, it does beg the question, how much stock of evaporated brine do they have sitting there waiting to be refined.
