    The idea is that you buy when prices are down and sell when prices are high...I've sold two properties in the last 3 years.

    I've just got home from visiting 2 properties which are for sale. And I don't have any debt. Stick with gold bars and investment mediocrity.

    This Bud isn't for you.......you don't deserve it.
