Apart from Friday's trade which seemed subdued, the number of shares changing hands is quite high, so I do hope someone is going to make a higher bid, as I do feel the equivalent value offer is inadequate.

NWE is funded for the drills and 3D, so those shouldn't be held up, but as for CE doing what's in the SH'ers best interest, he does what in his best interest and legally obliged if it comes to that with NWE.

The 75% target is the scary one, because he'll have the votes on the board to then force NWE to be delisted. Drill to start in Late March and take approx 2 months to drill. Will NWE even be an entity by Late May?
