I remember years ago EXT did a simlar thing, a company in a similar position to IMP right now and have a look at them.

Consolidation as previously mentioned here is probably a good thing, it will assist in moving the share price forward.

However, months after consolidation they will look to do a share issue to raise more cold hard cash to the "sophisticated " investors once again increasing the number of shares on issue and diluting everyones shares. I dont know how many times I have seen this happen.

Anyway like others have said, MAC bank would not be associated with this Co. unless they were going to make lots of cash out of them!!!!!!!!!!!!
