Nice observation.
Only a chart I found.
I did have it plotted on my charts at one stage but removed it for some reason. I can only guess I found it too slow to react and I have other long term indicators.
When I get some time I will have another look.
Actually I'd be surprised if it really was much good at picking an exact low day. More like a month after the event seems more like it from memory but I will have a look.
