If you did some basic research instead of spending all your time trying to dig up dirt, you would see that this loan is secured by the assets of Cyclone Metals of listed equities. They also have a holding in EUR of 4.49% which is valued at > $5m. Worst case, these shares could be cancelled and considered a buyback.
