4 billion is a arbitrary number being thrown around. It's being based off near production/production which could be as early as 2025.
Look at CXO, LTR in terms of resource size, stage of projects.
Quebec explorers and developers are being valued at a premium at the moment. A lot of us are long. This could definitely be a multi billion dollar company within 3 years.
