There should be a comprehensive announcement from PRL today, based on the share price games on Friday, the emergence of the Provaris study document, and the foreshadowing (and date I say scolding for calm & patience regarding communications output the night before the Quarterly was released) on an earlier thread by@rover22 who seems to have an inside running of some kind - no shade intended, but care to elaborate?

I maintain my view that PRL are pathetic communicators. The TE-free Quarterly proved this, and it is a view I’ll hold until they establish a regular pattern of reliability and maturity. Given all of the consultants and staff apparently on the payroll of our tinpot $70m company now some regular investor comms is the least they can do - it’s been years since they sent us what used to be a semi-regular investor email. The company has said nothing of note on the formal record to shareholders for months now, and even if DF is away we presumably have some pretty well paid directors and staff who can hold the fort. Like others here, I am invested in many companies who are involved in major transactions and commercially sensitive negotiations every day of the week. It doesn’t gag or prevent them from keeping shareholders updated on basic negotiations progress and timelines including slippage. Not doing so highlights opportunity cost and creates uncertainty that is unnecessarily market cap destructive, resulting in an unduly deep discount that takes considerable and multiple leg-ups for the MC to then recover from.

In any event, good to see WA Govt has finally released the study document, and let’s see what today brings with regards to Total Eren and the neverending attempt to get agreement and the JV off the ground. It would be nice now to put all this information vacuum behind us and see the project step up a notch.
