    sorry, i should just add to my last post...

    what i mean is that KRL could supply to a chinese coal company for on-supply to the steel mills, or otherwise could supply direct to the steel mills.

    further, a steel company could quite sensibly be referred to as a "power company" given the breadth of their operations these days...
