re: Ann: Toho Proportional Offer Increase to ... We have game on and Toho are still resisting to make full takeover bid but I imagine that the full bid will be the next course of action. I reckon Toho know exactly what Nystar will find in the books and the answer is all good so they are trying to beat nystar to the punch and trying to land a knockout blow before they have completed there due diligence. I reckon watch this space as its full of cash
