It's because the recent activity has drawn in investors who are looking at quick entry and exits.. At the moment I would think the buying between all associated PEP11 participants is from current holders wanting to accumulate more shares "before its too late", throw in a few predators who have had these stocks on their watch list and you have day trade disease all over it. IMO I think there will be much heavy selling on all announcements to come. LT Buyers should hold on. It will rocket before spud but, it's up to us to let others chase the price.
