Likley just BHP threatening the NSW state government, but BHP are big enough to follow through on it, thus removing 16-20Mpta from the export market. Thanks to the greens there are no new mines to fill the gap = further coal shortages & shortages = price increases.
so in short, the greenies are making us money lol
