This is anything but a first world civilisation with the amount of scum that is encouraged to prey on law-abiding citizens thanks to the bleeding hearts who believe their sob stories. It's because of people like you that knife attacks occur daily in Melbourne, leaving the victim scarred for life while the offender walks away with not even a slap on the wrist.
