With regards to cocacolamas’ original question about the 3-6 month timeframe, I can’t answer because my MRIs were separated by about 15 months - before the first treatment after the second.

I can say I felt first effects around 4 weeks, significant improvement at 6 weeks of injections, and essentially complete absence of symptoms by two months post treatment.

Symptoms returned around 9 months, I retreated at 12 months, and I remain symptom free a year later.

I don’t know what the status of my BMLs was in the 3-6 month window. I attributed the improvement in that time to other factors (anti inflammatory effect, hyaluronic acid production etc.) but I don’t know. Certainly they were gone when we checked after the second treatment.
