happy to explain why, just keep in mind im new to this game, only been investing a few years and i am a full-time tradesman so I don't get much time to understand the markets as well as some other posters but here's why i sold.

market cap- (too high) we are roughly 88m mc atm, so in order to come lets say where paid promoters put calima ~60c, that would be a market cap ~400m hardly seems rational based on oil production. maybe Montney makes them worth that in the future but there's no confidence in the north american market for calima so Montney doesn't really feel right to me.

montney- first we were months away from a deal, and as of last quarterly as stated by Freeman, they want to see this to production (yeah they won't do it themselves) but for me goal posts were moved, and as per video posted, Shubham even thinks calima is too far up north, and a lot of capex required.

listings- the volume on the otc has been dismal, when we were told there is significant interest in calima, why not list in Canada where calima actually produces from? makes no sense.

mgmt- this company was in a nice uptrend until they sprung the cap raise and has been in a downtrend ever since, also why state there will be a buy back and not see it through, even if small amounts at least show shareholders you mean what you say.

oil price- if calima couldnt move the needle at 100wcs then what chance does it have at ~60wcs? upcoming quarterly could be brutal for calima

and lastly i was in profit so it made sense to me to sell as i no longer believed in the story.

im sure the bulls will sit here and bag me out as I'm not as professional as them, but hey since moving from calima ive made significant gains in the stocks i have rotated to, and that wouldn't be the case if i was still holding, cheers.
