The amount an eligible shareholder can subscribe is restricted to a cumulative total of $15K (including the worth of any shares subscribed for in Petratherms April 2009 Share Purchase Plan).
As Terry purchased 19,230 shares ($5K) in the April 2009 SPP he was only entitled to a maximum of 41,666 shares ($10K) in this SPP.

Perhaps he thought he was only entitled to the 31,250 share ($7.5K) parcel. If Terry has not taken his full SPP entitlement as indicated to shareholders on 1 April the matter should be clarified immediately.
