I'm finding this quite amazing actually.

I think this would be the first time EVER..... that Ive seen a company go into a trading halt yet not see any buy or sell orders below or above the last price!!

Well not yet anyway. Perhaps that will happen whilst in pre open after people have digested whatever the announcement will be.

perhaps the chinese want to help fund the building of a rail line? That would be pretty good. Though thats just a pure speculative comment.

Funding partner is more likely perhaps.
Knowing my luck I'll be busy working when the announcement comes out :/
