Surely no surprise, the emergency raise done with Regal underscored the extent of the cost over runs (poor management), now they need to stabilise the vehicle with a general/larger raise. This really pins the share price down here in the 8-10 cent region for the foreseeable future, what price is it being done at ? anyone trade with Shaws
