    I know someone who actually had a meeting with Elph a while ago.

    I'm wondering why everyone here thinks Coote is a good bet without Elph. If it wasn't for Elph the Greentrain deal would not have occurred. How are they going to repay the $6.5 mil to Elph? Does anyone out there have any clue how Coote can manage financially on it's own?
