I think of the tech was to be proven useful enough to be taken up commercially at decent levels, there would be a take over for sure. and there would be no talks of such until proven to be valuable enough to use at scale. (which is soon). then I'd assume there would be circulation and to interest. before then you'd hope the sp runs a little. over 3$ would be nice.
the speed in which after approval this would run would gurantee a hault, at which point t I'm sure the t/o talks would take place but probably get negotiated... hope it can run a little before then. at least slowly climb leading into "approval"
