While I agree with your conclusions, and especially welcome the much greater detail in yesterday’s release, I have two ongoing concerns.
As I read it, there’s a heavy reliance on Chinese authorities releasing promised cash very soon. I’m not at all happy about dependence on them, given recent inter-Government relationship issues….
And then there’s the final revealing of the true ‘noise’ issue.
I’m happy that a high-technological electronic solution has been found, but still worry a bit about its implications.
