I appreciate the info you pass through including relevant articles but do think constructively when they are articles written/influenced by COB as per the recent mining.com one you posted that this should be disclosed as clearly its not a truly independent article - its marketing by our company that COB pays for. You are obviously a very long term holder, knowledgeable, very invested (in all ways!) and very passionate about the industry and COB in particular which is great to see.
But can I ask you one thing? Does COB ever do anything wrong in your eyes? Have they made mistakes adversely impacting shareholder value? Just not sure of your thoughts on this as every single post you write is 110% completely positive and just wonder if you genuinely feel they have been perfect in their execution here? Serious question - perhaps they have been perfect in your eyes? But all the talk for well over 6 months of how they are about to get snapped up with off takes and in a position of power with desperate off take partners due to the underlying cobalt dynamics etc just isnt playing out on the market at this stage. In fact, COB has almost halved from $1.07 to 55 cents in recent mths despite all the hype about upcoming off takes. A lot of people are hurting who have bought at higher levels.
I try and be balanced when posting and hope we have a great future ahead of us (if we do I have enough stock to retire which would be nice) but also acknowledge this isnt a fait accompli success story - by a long way. And currently the market is very much out of love with the stock which is actually looking sick.
And before anyone starts rolling out well worn and often inappropriate Buffett clichés about being patient etc lets hope things start turning around otherwise it wont take much to be back in the 40's here which would be mind-boggling to me when virtually every other similar share I own is sitting at or relatively near 12 month highs
