I don't see how that should fill anyone with confidence. Kabunga is putting money into the company out of NECESSITY, not buying up shares because he sees a rosy future for VRC. Without his inputs, the company wouldn't exist right now and his $4 million (or whatever) investment, would be a distant memory.
So yes, he has a long term vision - survival.
