As far as a takeover offer is concerned, I would prefer to keep my shares & it would need to be a Mafia offer (an offer I could not refuse) before I would part with my shares.
My plan is to keep my shares for dividends.
The price that I could not refuse would depend on when it was made. Currently, say $10.00 & as things progress as expected in a few years $18.00.
I do not want a takeover.
