    Is it possible that this material transaction only surfaced in the last 4 days? Giving Nixon the benefit of the doubt would lead you to believe that he didn't know, hence it must be something that has only arisen since he sold out.... couldn't be offtake, rail or JV partner then. Possible TO offer?
