I don't think the stock price will depreciate too much. Its only a 1 for 5, not a 1 for 1. Say you bought at $7.75, then ($7.75x5 +$5.75)/6 gives an average cost price of $7.42. It all depends on what the instos will pay for the rights.
The SP might even go up, given that the company is more financially sound with reduced debt, a profit forecast confirmed for now.
