I dumped all Big Pharma and have just turned 70, I walk backward barefoot every day while boxing a reflex ball and box a speedball and wall-to-ceiling ball every night. I skip, hula hoop, and bounce on a rebounder.

Having had open heart surgery myself; how do you conclude that Big Pharma were the cause of yours?

Last time I heard; it was heart problems that necessitated heart surgery
