SLX trading volume is huge today!!, page-16

Today was the biggest change of shares since 2014, 11.3 million shares. Funny that it happen on 31st January, the last day before Cameco's option to buy another 26% starts. Tomorrow may throw some light on what's happening. Has there been behind the scenes negotiations between Silex and Cameco, with a possible looming DOE decision forth coming? A favourable decision by DOE for the HALEU program, plus the need to free up an enormous supply of converted depleted uranium tails, in a market suffering conversion deficiency, would add quite significant value to GLE. Sure it is still a couple of years away, but years are months in the nuclear industry. If I was Cameco I would like to get this puppy in the bag as soon as possible.
Just my thoughts I could be completely wrong, but I am looking forward to finding out what valuation they put on 26% of GLE, (could be soon or could be 2 years away who knows).
