I disagree. More months of waiting, just sign a damn off take deal already, make it binding while you're at it. Lousiest investment ever, all we can be sure on with this company is more dilution. Wish I never found LPI and went for any of the other Li explorers, My average is $.54 so don't want to sell at a significant loss. If you are near breakeven maybe reconsider your investment, I'm speechless to be honest.
