Yes, it is company specific, but Bubs did not change diagou partners. They have been using AZ Global (aka Andy Zhang aka “a2 Andy”) exclusively for more than a year now after a2 dumped him. They’re using him to push their products to China. My understanding is Andy has huge influence on how bubs products access Chinese market. Currently they are trying to implement M2C (manufacture to consumer) approach. Doing so, it seems they made the same mistake a2 made 2-3 years ago. They overstocked their products (just in case) and currently have excessive inventory (provision) while sales are slowing. Plus, this implementation added extra cost to their business and this is why they are in current situation. This is my view anyway.
