Could be read that way - in the past MST will only disclose what the customer will approve - this is a 'feature' of the defence market unlike most others where full disclosure is required. As I understand it there is a contract with US Marines for Fire storm which involves a vehicle based system - the other contract possible with the US Marines is for MAUL a hand held 12 gauge implementation of MST technology (see picture of guy in SWAT gear at the front of the annual report holding one) which MAY lead to a production contract. MAUL is ALSO being evaluated by the Canadian defence forces and a Middle East undisclosed govt body (seems every one wants a look except the Aust DOD - funny that)
