They have stated the recovereis improved during the quarter , from a glass half full perspective , I would therefore not take the average recoveries for all days in the quarter as the KPI(which you are calculating ) , I would instead take the recoveries at the last days of the quarter.
Yes still terrible recoveries but perhaps not as bad as you are calculating ?
